What is Health Coaching?
Health coaching is a client-led partnership designed to help you create a healthier, more balanced life – one that feels energizing, sustainable, and aligned with what matters most to you.

Whether that’s more energy, less stress, better sleep, more activity, finding time for home cooking or simply more time to breathe, together, we’ll explore what’s working, where you feel stuck, and what small, realistic shifts can implement to move you forward.

As your coach, I won’t prescribe medications like a doctor, hand you prescriptive meal plans like a nutritionist, or dig into your past like a therapist. Instead, I walk beside you as a co-pilot, supporting you as you chart your own course. You’re always in the pilot’s seat.
